Sephiroth’s Black Parade?

I was talking with some friends about what instrument Sephiroth would play if he played one, and I said a tuba just to be ridiculous. I was challenged to draw this, and while my immediate reaction was “I don’t have time,” I thought, well, if I let it be a really rough sketch, that’s fine right? And of course, Seph + tuba = marching band wearing black = The Black Parade = My Chem = Me going on YouTube to see the video for that song and finding out through the comments that July 23rd is MCR Day.

Well, I also learned that what I always called just a “tuba” is actually a “sousaphone.”
